WebWeapon finesse does nothing for scimitars. This is what is called a Feat Tax. Dervish Dancer is far more power than the majority of feats, so it forces you to essentially spend two feats in order to get it. Right now, why not use weapons other than a scimitar? Using a light weapon will give you +2 more to-hit because you use your Dex mod instead.
