WebI do not have 50 minutes for Chloe though. I used to have a 3 video rule- 1 cardio followed by 2 toning. We recently got a puppy so now I have a 2 video rule (5-6 days a week) 1 Chloe and 1 hiit. Sometimes I do Chloe for the hiit but I prefer Pamela Reif’s hiit and sometimes Chris Heria.
